Nikki Goins, LCSW

Nikki Goins works with adolescents and adults navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, substance use, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and major life transitions. She is committed to helping clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
Nikki’s therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and approachable. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients strengthen emotional resilience and build upon their existing strengths. She believes a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to helping clients feel safe, supported, and motivated throughout the counseling process.
Nikki is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been practicing since 2022. She has experience working with adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health, substance use, and behavioral concerns across diverse clinical settings.
